PNG or JPG both work. A PNG with a transparent background looks cleanest. It shows on your card straight away, and you can change or remove it any time.

We run our information security, AI and privacy management to the ISO/IEC 27001, 42001 and 27701 standards — a written control set, a risk register and a monthly review.

Row-level security blocks it in the database itself. It is structural, not a permission setting, so nothing of yours opens by accident.

Frequently asked questions
Q. Is it free?▾
A. Yes — every feature is free. Making cards, QR exchange, contact management and reminders, plus staff cards, sending, revoking, your own logo, and the ESG report (sources, formulas and A4 print included).
Q. How do I save a card I received?▾
A. Use 📷 Photograph a card. After the shot you can trim it to the card, and AI fills in the name, company, title and number. If they are already in your contacts we say so first, so the same person never piles up twice. You can shoot several cards in a row.
Q. Does it remind me to greet someone I just met?▾
A. Yes. Save a card and we remind you the next morning — only on days you met someone yesterday. You get two drafts, formal and friendly; adjust and send by chat, text or email. We never send for you.
Q. How do I turn on phone notifications?▾
A. Settings → Notifications → 📱 Phone notifications (a prompt also appears when you open the app). On iPhone, add Meeto to your Home Screen first. Inside another app's browser (chat apps) the feature does not exist — open meeto.co.kr in Chrome, or install the app.
Q. Texts show a number instead of their name.▾
A. They are not in your phone's contacts yet. Saving in Meeto and saving in your phone are different things, and messaging apps read your phone's contacts. Tap 📇 Save to phone in the contact or hello screen — name, company and title go in together.
Q. Does the other person need the app?▾
A. No. With a QR code or a link they can open your card and save it to their phone with your photo — nothing installed.
Q. Can we use our own branding?▾
A. Yes. Once an administrator is verified, everyone on the team shares one design carrying your company logo, name and motto. (A small “Meeto” line stays at the foot of the card.)

A. Yes. Photograph or paste your staff list, AI tidies it up, and one link sends it to everyone. Staff enter their name and phone and the card is issued.

A. No. AI only drafts the wording. You always read it and send it yourself — there is no bulk sending.
Q. Is my contact information safe?▾
A. What you save is visible only to you. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we never sell it for advertising. We run a documented information-security management system.

Q. Is there an ESG report?▾
A. Yes — and all of it is free: the paper, carbon, trees and cost you avoid, plus the emission factor sources (official government data), the formulas and assumptions, printed on A4 for submission. Numbers alone are marketing; sources and formulas are what an assessor accepts as evidence.
Q. Could someone impersonate our company?▾
A. No. Company cards only open after a code sent to your company-domain email is confirmed — so only someone who can open that mailbox can create them, and each domain has exactly one main administrator.
Q. How do I get their photo to show when they call?▾
A. Open the card you received and tap “Save to phone contacts”. The photo is saved too, so your phone shows their face and name on incoming calls.
Q. Can I import Google contacts?▾
A. Yes. In Contacts → Import, connect your Google account, or bring in a vCard/CSV file all at once.
Q. What does “closeness” mean?▾
A. How near a relationship is — from family to someone you met once. It shapes how often Meeto nudges you and the tone it suggests.
Q. If I merge or delete contacts, can I undo it?▾
A. Yes. Deletions and merges go to the bin, and Restore brings them back. The bin keeps them for 30 days, then clears permanently.
Q. How do I delete my account?▾
A. Settings → Delete account removes your account and data completely, at any time.
Q. How is the name pronounced?▾
